About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Technology as part of Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking Technology. This role is for a senior developer to work on an advanced customer analytics application. Candidate should be capable of working independently, as well as with team members, business analysts, management, and other technical staff to develop complex applications, using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics tools and solutions. In this role, you will:

  • Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
  • Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
  • Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
  • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
  • Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of development experience in Microsoft Power Platform like Dataverse, Power Automate and Power Apps (canvas and MDA)
  • 4+ years of experience with M365 services especially with automating and integrating Teams and Planner
  • 4+ years of experience working with large scale and multi-tenancy environment of Dynamics CRM and SQL Server

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following Enterprise Pipeline Tools: TFS (Team Foundation Server), GIT, Sonar, Blackduck or other CI/CD tools for Power Platform
  • Strong proficiency in PowerShell, Azure Functions, Fabric, Synapse, Azure Logic Apps, REST APIs, and JSON
  • Experience in agile development environments (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Financial Services experience
