What you'll do as a Senior Software Engineer
- Design and maintain high-throughput, distributed backend services in C# using microservices architecture.
- Develop and operate messaging and streaming systems that handle large-scale real-time data.
- Ensure low-latency, fault-tolerant event pipelines that can scale under load.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and data stakeholders to evolve the platform's event processing capabilities.
- Support production services with a focus on reliability, observability, and continuous improvement.
What you'll bring
- 4+ years of professional experience in backend development with C#.
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and microservices design.
- Practical experience with modern messaging and event streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS Kinesis).
- Solid understanding of cloud environments (preferably AWS), containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
- Proficiency with SQL and experience analyzing structured event data to support debugging, validation, and downstream data use.
- A focus on writing maintainable, high-performance code and building resilient infrastructure.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
