WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER
- Develop and maintain high-performance systems and APIs used by millions of users daily.
- Work on business-critical backend services that must scale reliably under high load.
- Follow best practices in software development, testing, and documentation, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and reliability.
- Ensure code quality through comprehensive testing, peer reviews, and observability practices.
- Analyze and improve observability tooling to help ensure platform visibility and traceability.
- Collaborate in a cross-function team of engineers, product managers, and technical lead with end-to-end responsibility for delivery.
- Participate in agile development, with the ability to adapt quickly as priorities evolve.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- You have 4+ years of development experience in object-oriented programming using languages such as C#.
- Strong focus on writing clean, maintainable code and making thoughtful, well-structured design decisions.
- Familiarity with Docker and preferably Kubernetes.
- You also have experience writing and maintaining a comprehensive suite of unit and integration tests.
- Experience writing distributed applications and working with microservice architecture, with a strong focus on high performance, and scalability.
- Familiarity with services like Consul, Fabio, ELK, Grafana and DataDog are preferred.
- Ability to grow other engineers through code reviews, design reviews, and over-the-shoulder debugging.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with every stage of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Fluency in English.
