- Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native applications using AWS services (e.g., Lambda, ECS, RDS, DynamoDB, S3)
- Develop backend systems and APIs using modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js)
- Lead architectural decisions and code reviews to ensure high-quality software delivery
- Oversee the design and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline
- Manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (e.g., CloudWatch, Datadog, ELK)
- Ensure cloud infrastructure follows security best practices and compliance standards
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of software and DevOps engineers
- Collaborate with product managers, QA, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes, deployment strategies, and team performance
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and team growth.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows and decision-making

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT related field
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services ( e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, DynamoDB, API Gateway )
- 5+ years of experience in strong understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture principles
- 5+ years of experience with backend programming languages/frameworks such as Node.js and Typescript with experience developing backend services, APIs, and integrations in production environments
- 3+ years of experience with monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Datadog, ELK or Prometheus
- 3+ years of experience in building and consuming RESTful and event-driven architectures
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AWS Lex bot integration or other conversational AI platforms
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, ECS, EKS)
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as typescript, node.js
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
- Familiarity with CI/CD automation using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline
- Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to architectural decision-making
