Job Role and Responsibility:
Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., CIO Group is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to work on moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments; Contribute to large scale planning of strategies; Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments; Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures; Resolve moderately complex issues and collaborate with a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients' needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements; Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals; Secure Application Development; Engineer Web Pages, Core Components and Common Services in alignment with development models, languages, and standards; Produce Design Documents; Collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; Document and demonstrate solutions by writing documentation, diagrams, and code comments; Debug and document existing systems through code analysis; Contribute to Application management activities such as Business continuity, SDLC activities, technical refresh support, critical surveys, analysis, platform releases, patching, vulnerabilities, and system management support for Technology mandates.
