What we're looking for

We’re looking for a Salesforce/Java Software Engineer with Mulesoft experience to join our global IT Business Systems team. This role will collaborate closely with our GTM Applications team while optimizing the current Mulesoft implementation to various other systems like Salesforce, Zuora, Netsuite, Workday and more. This role will effectively own this implementation with the help and guidance of the larger Dev team. You will help to simplify the user experiences and create effective data flows across connected systems. As an Mulesoft developer, you will help with the scalability, development and integration to our Salesforce instance & other applications in our business technology stack. What you’ll be working on

  • Collaborate with Operations Leaders and your scrum team to translate their desired business outcomes into scalable processes & solutions
  • Solve moderate to high complexity business problems by analyzing current business challenges and recommending a scalable technical solution that maximizes the use of Salesforce & Mulesoft platform
  • Deploy, administer, troubleshoot, monitor, support, and operate a scalable, and secure high-performing Mulesoft/Salesforce Platform (including 3rd party integrations)
  • Optimize the end-user experience across our key processes like quoting, billing, invoicing, and subscription management
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the Mulesoft/Salesforce ecosystem architecture & data flows
  • Ensure adherence to high quality software development practices

We’d love to hear from people with

  • 4+ years of experience with API integrations, using tools like MuleSoft to connect to systems like Salesforce, Zoura and Workday
  • 4+ years experience in writing and developing JAVA, mulesoft, API integrations, Force.com APIs with a proficiency in HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL, CSS, and REST-based web services
  • Thorough understanding of the GTM and day-to-day challenges facing typical Sales & Service organizations
  • Mulesoft Developer I certification (preferred) 
  • Experience with CI/CD and deployment techniques like Git
  • Experience with agile methodologies like scrum and kanban
