Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack

About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer.
In this role, you will:

• Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
• Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
• Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
• Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
• Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
• Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in full stack Software Enterprise Application component design and development. Experience in designing/developing Banking applications is desirable.
• Expertise in designing and developing enterprise applications using Technology stack like Java8 and above, web services, SOAP/REST, Spring Boot, Design patterns, ReactJS/Angular JS, Java Scripts/CSS/HTML5/JQuery, Microservices Architecture Patterns, Hibernate, Databases(RDBMS/NOSQL), Event Driven Architecture - Kafka and Devops tools.
• Experience in transforming Monolith/legacy applications to Microservice Architecture.
• Experience with latest unit testing tools including Octane
• Experience with best-in-class version control tools like GitHub
• Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change
• Resilience to obstacles, and ability to solve problems independently.
• Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change
• Well versed in DevOps concepts
• Experience with working with globally distributed teams in working in Agile scrums

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience as a JAVA full stack developer (Spring, Spring Boot, Oracle, and UI)
• Experience with GenAI tools - Co Pilot
• 4+ years of Java J2EE development experience.
• Distributed technologies: Kafka, MongoDb
• Excellent working experience and deeper knowledge in Spring Framework and API's.
• 4+ years of JAX-WS, Axis, SOAP, REST web services development experience
• 4 + Years of experience in Front End, UI, SPA application development using Angular, ReactJS
• 2+ Years of Microservices Development Experience
• 4+ years of Oracle DB and SQL experience
• 2+ Years of NoSQL Experience
