In this role, you will:
- Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
- Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
- Act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Java Developer, with strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies
- 1+ years of experience in agile development of software features, including requirements, refinement, story creation, task delegation, collaboration, and automated testing
- Hands-on experience with React frameworks, .NET, SQL, Node.js, Playwright, and programming languages such as Java, C, C++, and C#.
- Experience implementing custom cloud solutions using automated CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
- Familiarity with Enterprise File Transfer solutions and related integration processes, especially integration with Axway Secure Transport, Axway Fusion or API Gateway, and Connect Direct Web Services.
- Knowledge of enterprise security, risk, and compliance requirements (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls, audit logging) in highly regulated environments
- Ability to lead and mentor engineering teams in delivering secure, scalable, and compliant technology solutions
- Lead the design and development of complex software features for File Transfer services
