Job Summary:
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be an important contributor to enhancing developer effectiveness and productivity across the organization. You'll help us create a data-driven strategy to understand our developers' needs and pain points, building feedback loops to increase the use of our core platforms. Your work will also involve modernizing and standardizing our development and deployment patterns to expedite development and make it easier for engineers to be effective working across teams.
You'll measure your success by metrics related to developer cycle time, platform adoption, and overall developer sentiment. This is a role where your work directly influences the speed, quality, and effectiveness of all engineering teams, helping our company innovate and deliver value to our customers more quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Develop infrastructure software, tools, and frameworks that improve developer productivity and efficiency.
- Deliver cross-cutting features.
- Partner with engineering teams to create and adopt platforms that provide a holistic view of developer workflows.
- Lead projects from design through implementation, balancing technical depth with practical delivery.
- Collaborate across different teams
Qualifications:
- You have 5+ years of strong software engineering fundamentals and apply them in ambiguous problem spaces.
- You are passionate about building software that improves the productivity of other engineers.
- You balance impact with progress: you love delivering high-value solutions, even in incremental steps.
- You excel in collaborative environments, working with diverse teams to create scalable solutions.
- Experience with Go or Python.
Pay:
The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:
Zone A: $149,450 - $211,100 + equity + benefits
Zone B: $164,395 - $$232,210 + equity + benefits
Zone C: $179,340 - $253,320 + equity + benefits
Zone D: $194,285 - $274,430 + equity + benefits

Starting base salary for you will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include education; training; skills; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; our needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and understanding of geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and great compensation package based on their roles and locations.
