- 100% remote work within the United States

- Willingness to learn our users' challenges and understand how your work directly affects them.
- B.S. in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- C# / .NET experience, or familiarity with reading and integrating against a .NET-based application backend.
- Backend development experience — building and maintaining APIs, services, or database-backed business logic alongside frontend work.
- Experience with component libraries, design systems, or building shared UI infrastructure used by multiple teams.
- Familiarity with state management patterns at scale (Svelte stores, Redux, Zustand, React Query, Context patterns).
- Exposure to cloud-hosted environments (AWS) and deployment tooling (Octopus, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar).
- Familiarity with the legal tech domain or other workflow-heavy SaaS products.
- Interest in AI-assisted UX patterns and integrating LLM-powered features into the frontend.
