About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software AI/ML Quality Engineer to ensure the highest level of quality, compliance, and performance for Wells Fargo’s digital platforms, core banking systems, and financial products within our Consumer Technology group. As a Senior Engineer, you will collaborate with our engineering team to ensure our products are of the highest quality and meet our customers’ expectations. This is crucial to accelerating our development cycles and ensuring we can scale without compromising on quality.
In this role, you will:

Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments

Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
-
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
-
Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
-
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
-
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
-
Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications:
-
4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
-
3+ years of experience with programing language languages such as Java and C#, APIs, etc.
-
2+ years of design, develop, and deploy LLM-powered applications and services.
-
1+ year of experience with NLP techniques such as tokenization, embeddings, transformers, and attention mechanisms.
Desired Qualifications:

Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers).

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
-
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
-
Experience with deploying machine learning models in production environments and integrating ML into applications.
-
Knowledge of ML Ops practices and tools.

Knowledge of Rule Engine Technology

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $164,400.00
