About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Slate Integration Consultant to support and expand integrations between our clients AI Recruiter platform and institutional Slate CRMs. With over 160 active partners using Slate, this role will focus on enabling smooth integration for unconnected partners, supporting new partner onboarding, and ensuring long-term reliability and scalability of the integration process.
You’ll collaborate closely with our clients Implementation and Engineering teams to troubleshoot issues, streamline integration workflows, and enhance overall partner experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead integration efforts for approximately 52 unintegrated client partners using the existing Slate SFTP integration framework.
- Collaborate directly with partner institutions to scope, configure, and validate integrations, addressing resource or staffing limitations on the client side.
- Support onboarding and integration setup for new partner institutions adopting Slate as their CRM.
- Triage, debug, and resolve integration errors in coordination with the Implementation and Engineering teams.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to scale integration enablement and reduce time-to-launch for new partners.
- Maintain and document best practices, checklists, and technical guidelines to standardize future integrations.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in CRM or ERP integrations, with hands-on expertise in Technolutions Slate.
- Strong understanding of SFTP integrations, data mapping, and file automation workflows.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot integration errors and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience supporting higher education or enrollment management systems in Slate preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with AI Recruiter platform or similar CRM/marketing automation systems.
- Experience with Python, Informatica, or ETL scripting tools for integration workflows.
- Knowledge of data governance and security best practices for student or institutional data.
