How you’ll have an impact at Paula’s Choice:
As a Senior Site Web Producer, you will be a part of a dynamic Site Experience Team, that helps deliver the vision for our US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand DTC websites. The most important function of this role will be executing high-quality and high-performing ecommerce merchandising, marketing campaigns, promotions, and targeted personalized experiences.
As a Senior Site Web Producer, a typical day might include a mix of the following:
- Managing and executing best-in-class Site Content and campaigns: Content Planning, managing delivery timelines and deliverables, creative reviews, content strategy, staging, QA and optimizations through regular Analysis across NA and ANZ websites, utilizing Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Shopify ecommerce platforms.
- Promotions: Manage in-take, delivery timelines, site experience deliverables, execute content and promotional staging for sitewide, targeted popups/banner, channel, personalization and loyalty experiences.
- Promotional and merchandising performance Reporting and analysis support.
- QA: Detailed QA of sitewide campaigns, channel promotions, email campaigns and other site implementations.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to improve and innovate website content, site experiences and processes. Proactively enhancing customer experience to drive product sales and effective campaigns.
- Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with Site Experience, DTC, Client Services, Creative & Development teams to help define and improve website content & site experience. Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager.
The Details:
- Location: We are based in Seattle, WA. Flexible to location, but local candidates are preferred.
- Hours: Typical PST Business Hours, some flexibility
- Physical requirements: Ability to handle both sitting and screen time for long periods of time
- Travel requirements: Less than 3%
What you’ll bring to the table:
- 4+ years' experience managing content and promotions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify or Magento.
- Ability to successfully manage and execute multiple tasks, timelines and prioritize your own work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, proactive, problem-solving each day.
- Ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.
- Ability to thrive and be flexible in an ever-changing ecommerce environment.
- Solid understanding of ecommerce best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and passion for high-quality execution.
- Experience managing and supporting web projects in an agile work environment.
- Familiarity with analytics and business intelligence software (Google Analytics, Power BI, Heatmaps etc.).

Approximate Salary Range Based on Experience and Location:
$80,000 - $90,000 USD/annually

We evaluate external and internal equity and the cost of labor/prevailing wage index in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company. Our posted salary range is based on national data and may be refined for a candidate's region/town/cost of living.
For new hires, we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan.
