JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions on the Salesforce platform. In this role, you will serve as a technical expert and advisor, guiding project architecture and ensuring best practices across multiple Salesforce initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Salesforce development, a strong programming background, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver impactful business solutions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Serve as a technical lead on Salesforce projects, providing direction on architecture, integration, and code quality.
- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical specifications and scalable solutions.
- Mentor and support junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and adherence to coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce development best practices, and oversee testing strategies.
- Lead integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
- Optimize platform performance, ensure data integrity, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

- Business Acumen & Analysis: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand business processes and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including significant work with Apex, Lightning, and integrations.
- Strong background in programming with JavaScript and Python; skilled in using SOQL/SOSL for data access and manipulation.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification required; additional certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect) are a strong plus.
- Demonstrated success in a senior or lead developer role, ideally within an Agile environment.
