As a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator, you serve as a key technical contributor focused on platform configuration, governance, and business enablement. Your role is defined by deep expertise in declarative features (Flows, Process Builder, Standard Automation) and a strong commitment to maintaining the health, efficiency, and security of the Salesforce ecosystem. You will be directly responsible for contributing to the design and execution of configuration changes to support evolving business needs in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, and for ensuring all administrative changes adhere strictly to high-level governance workflows and security standards for predictable and compliant system releases.
The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience and applies a robust analytical skill set to problem-solving. You are expected to implement complex, large-scale solutions using best-practice configuration, with personal accountability for the quality, security, and stability of your deliverables.
WHAT YOU’LL DO- Advanced Configuration & Automation: Contribute to the design and deployment of complex business processes using Flow and other declarative tools. Prioritize configuration over custom code to maintain system health and scalability.
- Security & Governance: Configure and maintain all aspects of the security and sharing models (Profiles, Permission Sets, Role Hierarchy). Implement data quality and cleansing strategies under team governance.
- System Maintenance & Optimization: Serve as the subject matter expert for standard functionality. Perform regular platform health checks, manage configuration-related technical debt, and optimize system performance for end-users.
- Architecture Review: Act as a key administrative contributor to the Architecture Review Committee (ARC), providing expertise on the declarative feasibility and long-term sustainability of proposed solutions.
- Release Management: Contribute to the release process by documenting configuration changes, migrating metadata, and performing thorough testing to ensure release stability. Utilize tools like Gearset.
- User Support & Troubleshooting: Act as an escalation point for complex system issues, troubleshooting production problems related to configuration, data, or user access and proposing long-term declarative fixes.
- 5+ years of professional, hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator on an enterprise-scale platform.
- High proficiency in designing and implementing complex automations using Salesforce Flow.
- Deep practical knowledge of security and sharing models (OWD, Sharing Settings, Profiles, Permission Sets) and their impact on data access.
- Experience with Salesforce deployment processes, including change sets or robust CI/CD tools like Gearset.
- Proven ability to contribute effectively in a fast-paced, constantly evolving technical environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous focus on security, stability, and maintainability.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (required) and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (highly preferred).
- Experience managing and configuring a wide variety of Salesforce modules and tools, like Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and Revenue Cloud (RCA/RCB).
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Slack integration (e.g., Sales Elevate configuration), Agentforce, and/or Data 360 is preferred, but not required.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical solutions and contribute to architectural discussions.
