As a key member of our Sales Operations department, you will play a critical role in optimizing our sales processes, driving operational excellence, enhancing overall sales performance, and maintaining a strong financial focus. You will collaborate cross-functionally to analyze data, streamline workflows, and provide strategic insights to enable our sales team to achieve their targets efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the optimization of sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure, with a strong emphasis on financial efficiency.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment on goals, data integrity, and financial objectives.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Design and maintain sales performance metrics and dashboards for tracking, reporting, and financial analysis.
  • Drive territory and quota assignments, ensuring equitable distribution and alignment with financial targets.
  • Oversee CRM administration and integration, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
  • Identify and implement tools and technologies to enhance sales efficiency, effectiveness, and financial outcomes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on sales processes, systems, and financial impact for internal teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations or related roles.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, interpretation, and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Strong project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the software or technology industry.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
