Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Analytics, Senior Manager to be a part of making this happen.

About the Role

The Sales & Marketing Analytics, Sr Manager is looking for the next step in their career as strategic leader driving enterprise-wide insights. In this role, you’ll partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and Sales to define KPI frameworks, mature product analytics, and lead AI-driven efficiency programs — all while shaping the future of data-driven decision-making at the executive level.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Partner with Product and Finance to define and standardize enterprise KPI reporting, ensuring a single source of truth at the executive level

  • Drive cross-functional growth initiatives and standardized Reporting across Pricing & Packaging, Retention, Expansion, Product Performance

  • Translate operational data into executive-ready insights, enabling faster, smarter business decisions

  • Serve as the primary analytics liaison to Finance, ensuring alignment on forecasting, ARR modeling, and bookings

Data Quality, Reporting Consistency, Self-Service Reporting

  • Own the connection between analytics and sales operations workflows including Salesforce into Snowflake dataflows

  • Maintain and mature Certified Datasets in partnership with BI teams

  • Proactively identify data gaps, process inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve the way sales teams operate through analytics

Product Analytics

  • Own and mature Product-level reporting, developing deep understanding of performance trends across product hierarchies.

  • Collaborate with Product and Product-Marketing marketing to align and standard reporting on quarterly initiatives, roadmap, and playbooks

  • Lead Corporate QBR Product-Level reporting surfacing insights that drive strategic product decisions

AI & Efficiency Programs

  • Leverage AI and automation to streamline reporting, anomaly detection, and insights generation for Sales and Marketing

  • Build a scalable, programmatic approach to AI adoption in analytics — moving from one-off experiments to scalable, repeatable capabilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify AI use cases that directly improve sales and finance operations efficiency

  • Build scalable frameworks and tools that ensure data accuracy, trust, and actionability for the business and the KPIs defined

  • Establish cross-functional governance processes for Sales and Marketing datasets for the rest of the organization to leverage.

Who You Are

  • Deep understanding of sales operations processes: pipeline management, bookings, renewals, quota attainment, territory structures

  • Strong grasp of Data Architecture and governance principles

  • Proven ability to distill complex data into simplistic, actionable insights for business users

  • Track record of executing complex initiatives end-to-end, balancing technical depth with strategic influence

  • Comfortable working as an individual contributor.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of hands on analytics experience with expert-level SQL (Snowflake), Salesforce data structures, and BI tools (Tableau)

  • Experience with AI/ML in analytics (e.g., anomaly detection, predictive modeling, NLP for reporting automation

  • Proven ability to present to executive and C-level stakeholders.
