Four Seasons Park Lane and Hampshire is looking to recruit a Senior Sales Manager who shares a passion for service excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. This position manages a team and reports to the Senior Director of Sales for the both properties.

Your role:

As a Senior Sales Manager you are responsible for the development of the North America market for the Four Seasons London at Park Lane and Four Seasons Hampshire hotels with the focus being on capturing and growing market share from high end leisure agencies and Preferred Partners. Assigned markets may change due to business demands.

What you will do:

  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with Corporate and Travel Industry clients

  • To research new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate companies/organisations likely to produce business for the hotel

  • To adhere to the Sales and Marketing minimum operating standards

  • To invite potential clients to tour the property and conduct individual tours, highlighting the facilities and services.

  • To represent the hotel at travel trade or business functions as required

  • Set key performance indicators for the team, monitor and coach performance accordingly

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior sales role within luxury hospitality, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.

  • Strong existing client base and relationships within the North American travel market, particularly with high-end leisure agencies and Preferred Partners.

  • Experience working within a cluster model is highly desirable.

  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop a team.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify market trends and implement effective sales strategies.

  • Highly organized, results-driven, and adaptable to the evolving needs of the business.

  • Willingness to travel frequently to key markets as needed.
