What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will manage a team of field sales account executives, responsible for building strong customer relationships in the field and ensuring a great experience for existing and potential customers.
You will:
•Directly manage field-based individual contributors
•Provide direction, development and inspiration to team members
•Manage the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce
•Drive business process improvement efforts
• Collaborate with other functions to resolve escalations/customer issues quickly

Essential Requirements
•12 to 15 years of outside sales experience and 4+ years of managerial experience
•Ability to drive training and developing plans for the organization
•High level understanding of customer/industry climate
•Moderate to high level of solutions and technical knowledge
Desirable Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree
 

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation range for this position is $327,250 - 405,000, which includes base salary and commissions.
