About the Role 

As the Senior Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a hands-on role in advancing A‑LIGN’s sales enablement function by developing, managing, and delivering scalable programs, tools, and resources that drive seller effectiveness and revenue performance. You will focus on executing enablement initiatives through impactful training programs, onboarding, sales content, process optimization, and performance analysis. You will work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and GTM Operations, and will help ensure the revenue organization is equipped with the knowledge, skills, and assets needed to effectively engage buyers, accelerate sales cycles, and achieve business objectives. Success in this role will be measured by improvements in sales readiness, onboarding effectiveness, content utilization, seller productivity, and alignment across the GTM organization.

Responsibilities 
  • Support the design, development, and delivery of comprehensive sales enablement programs, including onboarding, role-based training, sales methodology reinforcement, and ongoing professional development initiatives
  • Create, update, and maintain sales enablement content and resources across the buyer journey, including messaging frameworks, product positioning, competitive intelligence, objection handling, and sales playbooks
  • Regularly assess and refresh enablement materials to ensure alignment with evolving business priorities, product offerings, market dynamics, and customer needs
  • Drive sales readiness initiatives by developing scalable training programs, certification pathways, and reinforcement strategies that improve seller performance
  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and GTM Operations to identify enablement needs and deliver impactful learning solutions
  • Administer and optimize sales enablement platforms and technologies, helping maximize adoption, engagement, and effectiveness across the revenue organization
  • Maintain and govern a centralized repository of sales content, ensuring resources are current, accessible, and aligned with best practices
  • Gather feedback and performance data from stakeholders to continuously improve enablement programs, content, tools, and processes
  • Own and maintain the Sales Playbook, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure consistency in messaging, sales processes, and execution standards
  • Develop engaging digital learning content and e-learning experiences utilizing tools such as Synthesia and other modern enablement technologies
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales enablement KPIs, including onboarding effectiveness, content utilization, training engagement, and seller productivity metrics
  • Leverage CRM and business intelligence tools to evaluate sales performance trends, identify skill gaps, and recommend targeted enablement initiatives
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams regarding launches, updates, and strategic initiatives
  • Lead and support sales trainings, workshops, coaching programs, and knowledge-sharing sessions that foster continuous learning and performance improvement across the organization
Minimum Qualifications 

EDUCATION 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field

EXPERIENCE 

  • At least 4+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or a similar role within a B2B or enterprise sales environment

SKILLS 

  • Ability to meet deadlines with a high degree of motivation 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to work individually as well as collaboratively
