Jamloop is building the next generation of performance-driven advertising for the streaming TV era.

We help brands and agencies turn CTV into a measurable, accountable growth channel, connecting advertising directly to real business outcomes, both online and offline. Our platform combines proprietary bidding, premium direct inventory, and advanced audience targeting to run high-performance CTV campaigns with precision.

We believe streaming TV advertising should do more than build awareness. It should drive business growth.

Jamloop is a lean, high-expectation team operating in a high-growth environment. The opportunity here is real: to build, shape, and scale alongside a company defining the future of performance advertising. Jamloop has also been recognized by Deloitte’s Fast 500, AdExchanger Power Players, and the Stevie Awards for Tech Excellence.

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Senior Sales Director (must be located in the United States) for Jamloop’s Large Customer team, which works directly with national brands investing $25K or more per month in CTV. These clients expect premium inventory, transparency, and measurable performance across the full funnel.

This role owns new Large Customer business, from prospecting and relationship development through negotiation and close. In the near term, success comes from activating existing relationships, working a focused book of named accounts, and building a qualified pipeline. Over time, you’ll grow a portfolio of Large Customer clients and help shape the team’s go-to-market strategy.

This is a hands-on, direct-to-brand hunter role that calls for an enterprise-level sales skill set. About 80% of your focus is Jamloop’s core customer profile: omnichannel and multi-store retailers with physical stores (company-owned, franchise, or both) plus online and other channels. The other 20% covers national brands that fit the Large Customer profile, including CPG, QSR, and DTC eCommerce. You’ll bring established relationships with retail marketing leaders and the ability to reframe CTV from a branding line item into a measurable driver of store traffic and sales. This is an individual contributor role.

What You'll Own

    Prospecting & New Business
  • Own the full sales cycle for Jamloop’s Performance CTV offering, selling directly to brands.

  • Focus roughly 80% of your effort on omnichannel and multi-store retailers, Jamloop’s core customer profile, and 20% on other qualifying national brands, including CPG, QSR, and DTC eCommerce.

  • Activate existing relationships to create opportunities with national brands.

  • Build and manage a book of 50–60 named accounts, at least 80% from the omnichannel retail target list, with account plans for your top accounts.

  • Convert qualified opportunities into new business, with an expectation of launching 8–10 new accounts annually once fully ramped.

  • Consultative Selling & Performance Strategy
  • Develop tailored sales narratives that connect CTV and cross-screen campaigns to customer acquisition, ROAS, incrementality, and other business KPIs.

  • Help prospective clients understand how ZIP- and store-level targeting, offline sales ingestion, incrementality (holdouts and geo-lift), and closed-loop attribution connect CTV to store traffic, online sales, and total sales lift.

  • Partner with internal teams to align proposed solutions with client objectives and measurement expectations.

  • Build trusted relationships with decision-makers through a consultative, outcomes-based approach.

  • Map and multi-thread each account’s buying committee, including the store and field marketing teams that often hold local and linear TV budgets.

  • Design pilots sized to produce a readable result, with realistic launch dates that allow time for paperwork and integration.

  • Sales Operations & Go-to-Market Collaboration
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, disciplined pipeline management, and complete, current CRM records, with deal stages that match paperwork status and launch dates that allow at least 30 days for paperwork and integration.

  • Partner with the GM/VP Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps to execute the Large Customer go-to-market strategy.

  • Share prospect and client feedback to inform positioning, product priorities, and the roadmap.

  • Represent Jamloop at conferences, client meetings, and industry events.

  • Partner with SDR and Marketing on account-based outreach to your named accounts, including CMO-level programs and retail conferences such as ShopTalk and eTail.

What You Bring

    Must-haves
  • 10+ years of digital media sales experience, with a proven record of closing and growing large national accounts directly with brands.

  • At least 1 year of experience selling Connected TV (could be bundled with other offerings).

  • Established relationships with marketing and media decision-makers at omnichannel and multi-store retailers, with a history of converting relationships into recurring revenue. Relationships across QSR, CPG, and DTC brands are a plus.

  • Deep knowledge of retail clients: how omnichannel and multi-store retailers are organized (CMO, digital, store and field marketing, analytics), how company-owned and franchise budgets work, and how performance and brand initiatives are planned across the retail calendar.

  • Experience with agencies (holding company and independent) and a strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, private marketplaces, The Trade Desk, and CTV supply. This role sells direct, but many brands also work with an agency.

  • Strong consultative selling skills, grounded in a recognized methodology such as Challenger, SPIN, or MEDDICC, and the ability to connect media investment to measurable business outcomes.

  • A working understanding of identity resolution, closed-loop attribution, and device-graph-based measurement.

  • The ability to sell measurement: incrementality (holdouts and geo-lift), offline and store sales attribution, and store-level reporting.

  • Strong operational discipline, including CRM management, accurate forecasting, and accountability for pipeline performance.

  • The initiative to build new business and operate effectively in an evolving structure.

  • Experience collaborating across sales leadership, Product, Marketing, and revenue operations.

  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% for client meetings and industry events.

  • Nice-to-haves
  • Deeper experience selling performance-focused CTV or cross-screen advertising solutions.

  • Expertise in attribution, incrementality, and multi-touch attribution (MTA).

  • Experience helping build a new sales division or taking an emerging offering to market.

  • Experience working in a lean, high-growth advertising or technology company.

What Success Looks Like (Month 1-12)

    Month 1: Learn and plan
  • Complete product and measurement training, including in-dash incrementality, geo-lift, store-level reporting, and current case studies.

  • Take ownership of a book of 50–60 named accounts, at least 80% omnichannel retail.

  • Build account plans for your top 10–15 accounts, with buying committees mapped.

  • Activate your network and book first meetings through existing retail and brand relationships.

  • Months 2–3: Build pipeline
  • Touch 100% of your book within any 45-day window.

  • Book a steady cadence of qualified first meetings with decision-makers at top-tier accounts.

  • Deliver first proposals at $25K or more per month.

  • Keep at least 80% of your pipeline in omnichannel and multi-store retail.

  • Months 4–6: First launches
  • Launch your first one to two qualified accounts at $25K or more per month.

  • Build pipeline covering roughly three times the next two quarters’ target.

  • Design at least one store-level test with agreed measurement at a core retail account.

  • Multi-thread at least five accounts, including store or field marketing.

  • Months 7–9: Reach run rate
  • Launch two or more new brands per quarter.

  • Turn your first launch into a renewal or expansion conversation.

  • Keep forecasts accurate, with CRM records and launch dates current every week.

  • Months 10–12: Prove the model
  • Reach four to six new brand launches in year one, entering year two at a run rate of 8–10 per year.

  • Hit your year-one revenue target.

  • Deliver at least one retail result that can become a case study.

  • Have next-year account plans in place for your top accounts.

Benefits

    • Remote-first flexibility within the United States.

    • Health, dental, and vision benefits.

    • Direct access to executive leadership.

    • The opportunity to help shape Jamloop’s Large Customer go-to-market strategy and culture.

Compensation

  • Base salary: Commensurate with experience.

  • Commission: Uncapped commission with a 50/50 split between base salary and target commission.

  • Additional compensation: Meaningful accelerators and incentives for exceeding sales targets.
