Lead strategic, insight-driven sales for the Artemis analytics platform: own full sales cycle, engage self-insured employers, brokers, TPAs and consultants, translate data capabilities into ROI stories, collaborate with analytics and consulting teams, build channel partnerships, and maintain pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce.
We were tired of hearing that healthcare is broken, so we decided to do something about it. At Nomi Health, we believe the care itself isn’t broken — it’s the business of healthcare that gets in the way. Every year, more than $1 trillion is wasted on paperwork, delays, and middle layers that drive up costs and keep people from the care they need.
We’re rebuilding the system so it works the way it should: clear prices you can trust, faster payments that keep providers focused on patients, and data that helps employers make better decisions. Our work has already touched more than 30 million lives — from local communities in Michigan to some of the largest companies in the country.
We’re seeking an experienced Sales Director with deep benefits analytics expertise, someone who understands the self-insured employer health ecosystem (employers, brokers, TPAs, consultants), and the power of data.
You’ll partner with forward-thinking employers, consultants, TPAs and brokers to expand adoption of the Artemis Insights Platform and co-develop data strategies that drive measurable savings and quality improvement.
This is not a “territory hunter” role it’s a strategic, insight-driven sales position for someone who thrives on solving complex problems with data.

- Collaborate with our Analytic Advisors and Consulting Services team to tailor platform demos and use cases.
- Build executive relationships within TPAs, major consulting and brokerage firms to accelerate channel growth.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and deal health visibility in Salesforce.
- Serve as a thought leader and evangelist for responsible data ownership, fiduciary transparency, and analytics-driven plan management.
What You'll Have:
- Proven success selling benefits analytics, data warehouses, or healthcare SaaS into employers, brokers, or consultants.
- Deep understanding of self-funded employer dynamics and the role of data in cost containment and health outcomes.
- Experience selling to or partnering with major broker/consulting houses (Aon, Gallagher, Mercer, Brown & Brown, Lockton, etc.) Independent TPAs, or Self Insured Employers.
- Excellent storytelling, ROI modeling, and presentation skills you can make data make sense.
- Comfort operating in a high-growth, agile SaaS environment with cross-functional teams.

Nomi Health delivers disruptive healthcare solutions, in partnership with like-minded employers, public sector organizations, advisors (brokers/consultants), and payers/TPAs. We’re a team of 300+ people who show up every day with the same mindset: don’t settle for “that’s just how it is.” Real change happens when you challenge the system, cut through the excuses, and build something better together.
