Job Description:

As Senior Director of Sales, North America, you will lead a frontline U.S. based sales team composed of Account Managers and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). Your team will focus Upselling to our Elite Cloud SaaS platform, enhancing customer value by adding solution-focused Elite modules, and retaining key customers through proactive account management. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, ensuring high-performance sales execution, and fostering strong relationships with key decision-makers in law firms and legal organizations. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Monitor and manage sales KPIs to ensure strong pipeline execution.
  • Remove roadblocks and optimize territory sales velocity to maximize new bookings.
  • Hire and onboard sales talent to scale and strengthen team capability.
  • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in law firms and legal organizations.
  • Ensure customer success through strategic account management and consultative sales.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell solutions within the platform.
  • Optimize sales processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track performance and insights.
  • Forecast revenue, track performance to target, and support planning for senior leadership sales reporting. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales enablement, product, and customer success teams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the department/company.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, legal technology advancements, and competitor offerings.
  • Ensure the sales team has a deep understanding of our solutions and value propositions.

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience: Ideal candidate will have 12+ years of B2B SaaS frontline sales leadership. Strongly preferred LegalTech, Fintech, and/or Multi-product Platform Saas
  • Player-Coach Leadership: Strong experience leading from the front and coaching high-performing sales teams, while rolling up your sleeves and closing deals.
  • Results-Driven: History of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Data-Backed: Analytically balanced with data-driven decision points that lead to measurable KPI improvement.  
  • Sales Methodology: Familiar and trained in Challenger and MEDDIC sales methodologies with a proven track record of success using these tools.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach).
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level engagement.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Familiarity with cold outreach and appointment-setting best practices.
  • Background in a quarterly and annual quota-driven sales environment with measurable and proven results.
  • Travel Required: Travel expectation would be approximately 25% to 50% within the United States
