We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Sales Development Representative (Senior SDR) to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in outbound lead generation, is highly skilled in prospecting and outreach, and wants to play a key role in building scalable sales pipelines. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B sales development within a SaaS or tech environment and is passionate about generating high-quality leads and collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify high-potential leads using multiple channels including email, phone, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Design and execute tailored outreach campaigns focused on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) across core industries and regions.
  • Leverage sequencing tools like Instantly, Lemlist, and Smartlead to scale and optimize outreach efforts.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to evaluate BANT-fit and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
  • Partner with the marketing team to fine-tune messaging, lead scoring, and overall content strategy.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of leads and activities within the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Provide feedback to leadership and marketing on lead quality, common objections, and emerging market trends.
  • Support the onboarding and coaching of new SDRs by sharing proven strategies and outreach scripts.
  • Continuously test and refine cadences, subject lines, and messaging for higher engagement.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass monthly KPIs, including qualified meetings booked, response rates, and pipeline contribution.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in outbound B2B sales or lead generation, preferably within SaaS or tech sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding SDR/BDR targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with outbound sales platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with sales qualification methodologies such as BANT or MEDDIC.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Thrive in high-growth, performance-oriented environments.
