Job Summary

We are looking for a high-performing, SDR to join a growing sales consultancy during a pivotal expansion phase. This isn't a role for a beginner; we need a seasoned specialist who understands the nuances of selling complex, consultative B2B services to business owners. You will be responsible for building the frontline of our sales engine, targeting Ontario-based firms that rely on trust and expertise. If you are an expert at navigating high-level conversations and have a mastery of modern sales tech, this is an opportunity to take ownership of a sophisticated outbound process and grow alongside the firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify and source high-fit leads that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) of owner-led B2B companies.
  • Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute high-volume, high-quality outreach across cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn.
  • Lead Qualification: Conduct rigorous qualification to ensure every discovery meeting scheduled has a high probability of conversion.
  • CRM Management: Maintain 100% data integrity within HubSpot, ensuring all activities and prospect insights are meticulously logged.
  • AI Integration: Utilize ChatGPT and Claude to streamline messaging, research prospects, and optimize outreach workflows.
  • Pipeline Partnership: Work directly with the founder to transition qualified leads and provide feedback on market resonance to refine the sales strategy.

Requirements
  • Senior-Level Experience: Multiple years of experience as an SDR, specifically selling complex, consultative services or high-ticket B2B solutions.
  • HubSpot Expert: Advanced, "no-training-required" proficiency in HubSpot is a non-negotiable requirement.
  • Outbound Mastery: Proven track record of success in cold calling, strategic emailing, and LinkedIn social selling.
  • AI Fluency: Regular and proficient use of AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude) to enhance sales productivity.
  • Communication: Exceptional professional English (written and verbal) with the ability to build rapport with business owners and executives.
  • Schedule: Ability to work a strict 9-5 EST schedule to align with our North American client base.

  • Experience with Apollo.io for lead sourcing and sequencing.
  • Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Background in sales consulting, CRM implementation services, or professional services.
