Responsibilities

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be involved in administering compensation for hires on variable compensation plans. You will also be responsible for the following: You will also be responsible to:

  • Assist in the administration of compensation programs within current and future ICM tools and/or processes

  • Develop and document compensation procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Manage and understand all commission plans according to documented sales plans and ensure compensation is properly accounted for and settled in the appropriate timeframes

  • Manage the accuracy of commission expense outputs as well as the reconciliations, adjustments, and commission modifications

  • Ensure accuracy of data and inputs; both within an ICM tool and through any manual audit processes

  • Support the sales team by resolving commission payment inquiries within a timely manner

  • Maintain a deep understanding of future and existing tools, platforms, and source data (Salesforce, Snowflake)

  • Develop commission communication materials, train members of sales and field operations departments regarding commission calculations and policy changes as appropriate

  • Draft and maintain commission plans and statements

  • Proactively identify issues and make recommendations for new programs and process improvements

  • Conduct what-if scenarios and/or assumptions (when necessary) for commission expense calculations

  • Communicate effectively, both written and orally, to satisfy commission requests with high understanding of inquiry resolution and our current processes

  • Work in partnership with GTM Sales Compensation Manager in modeling, developing, and modifying sales commission plans and Rules of Engagement

  • Analyze sales compensation performance and effectiveness

  • Ad Hoc reporting requests supporting both Compensation and other team initiatives (ie turnover reporting, headcount reporting, diversity reporting etc.)

RequirementsQualifications / Experience / Technical Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field, or equivalent training and/or experience.

  • Three to five years of Compensation experience with emphasis on Sales Compensation preferred.

  • Experience with the implementation and daily maintenance of an ICM tool is preferred.

  • CaptivateIQ Admin experience is a plus.  ICM tool admin certification is highly preferred.

  • Experience within a Sales Operations capacity is preferred.

Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics
  • Must possess strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of management.

  • Ability to produce reports and analytical presentations with oversight from the hiring manager.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Strong negotiation and influence skills.

  • Ability to work well remotely and with minimal supervision

  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to respond with kindness, promptness, and accuracy.

  • Strong Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel, with strong expertise in typical Excel functions and formulas.  Complex formula experience is preferred.

The pay for this role may range between $90,000 and $110,000, plus variable, benefits, perks, and equity.
