About the Role:
As a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst you will be responsible for reviewing and responding to sales compensation related inquiries from the GTM Sales Organization, ensuring compensation credit and opportunity ownership is accurately reflected in Salesforce. This position will report to the Sr. Director of GTM Incentive Design & Strategy. As a key contributing member of our broader GTM Strategy & Ops organization, you will work closely with Go-To-Market sales leaders, Operations, Finance, and BI teams. This role is critical to Klaviyo as we scale our operational processes and or compensation support model for sellers to ensure commissions on paid time and accurately. Your attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence will be essential in contributing to our Klaviyo's financial success and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and responding to sales compensation related requests, resolving disputes and escalations.
- Maintain proper data hygiene in Salesforce by creating, updating, and removing records as needed
- Manage the SFDC opportunity, and account ownership process to ensure records are assigned to the appropriate sales reps and credit is properly applied in accordance to the company's rules of engagement and comp policies
- Reporting and administration of sales incentive programs, and credit adjustments.
- Data validation & audit reporting to ensure commission credits and adjustments are accurate
- Incentive Plan and Quota submissions and operating procedure
Qualifications:
- 5 years work experience as a Sales Operations Analyst, Compensation Analyst or similar role. XaaS, or Tech industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Salesforce. Case Management and/or data validation and administration
- Experience using Xactly or other Incentive Compensation Management system preferred but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, in office or virtual meetings.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Open to Boston, Denver or San Mateo Locations
- Hybrid Work schedule Tuesday/Thursday in office
The pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation and hourly non-exempt roles are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law. Base Pay Range For US Locations:
$96,000 - $144,000 USD
