Lead sales strategies and partnerships in AgTech, focusing on building relationships with farmers and managing multi-million dollar deals to drive growth in sustainable agriculture.
At Aigen, our mission is to accelerate the transition to regenerative agriculture—with a pesticide-free, solar-powered robotics platform.
52% of agricultural land is degraded by current management practices, and toxic chemical pesticides are sprayed and then consumed in the food we eat. Join us to make a real-world impact at the intersection of cutting-edge robotics, agriculture, AI, and climate! With $19M raised to date, we are backed by leading investors including NEA, GFC, AgFunder, Regen.vc, and Bessemer Ventures.
We're seeking a seasoned sales, business development professional with deep agricultural roots who can speak the language of farmers and understand their daily challenges. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of closing multi-million dollar partnerships in AgTech or related industries, with the strategic mindset to build lasting relationships with farming organizations, distributors, and technology partners. You should thrive in startup environments, embrace ambiguity, and have the hustle to wear multiple hats while driving results that exceed expectations.
This role is perfect for someone passionate about sustainable agriculture who wants to be at the forefront of eliminating chemicals from our food system. You'll serve as the face of Aigen in the field, leading product demonstrations, speaking at industry events, and building the partnerships that will scale our chemical-free farming solution across America.
Aigen celebrates diversity in all its forms and is an equal opportunity employer.
