BrightOrder is seeking an enthusiastic, self-starting and driven salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, self-motivated, and highly skilled in building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing sales. You will be responsible for targeting new business, driving sales growth, and meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
The Role: Senior Sales Account Executive
What will you be doing?
As BrightOrder’s Senior Sales Account Executive you will work with prospects through the entire buying journey.
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Investigate and recognize new business opportunities within designated sectors.
- Create and sustain a strong sales pipeline utilizing various prospecting techniques (cold calling, networking, inbound/outbound leads).
Sales Presentations & Demonstrations:
- Perform comprehensive solution demonstrations customized to meet client requirements.
- Effectively convey the value proposition of the solution to potential clients.
Sales Cycle Management:
- Oversee the entire sales process from the initial point of contact to closing the deal.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure agreements.
- Keep precise records of sales activities and client interactions utilizing CRM tools.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales cycle to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work together with marketing, customer success, and product teams to streamline sales processes and enhance customer onboarding.
- Offer insights to product and marketing teams based on client interactions.
Sales Strategy & Forecasting:
- Design and implement a sales plan for the territory or vertical to achieve or surpass targets.
- Provide precise sales forecasts and reports to upper management.
Account Expansion & Up-selling:
- Spot opportunities for upselling or cross-selling within current accounts.
- Establish long-term partnerships with clients to promote renewals and growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven full cycle sales experience as an Senior Sales Account Executive
- Demonstrated ability to close large deals and manage enterprise-level accounts
- Self-motivated, goal-driven with a strong desire to win
- Proficient in cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tracking tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in SaaS industry, preferably with telematics, maintenance, or other logistics software in trucking, construction or heavy-duty maintenance or work order management
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving markets and product offerings.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A network of industry contacts or leads is a plus.
