Position Description:
Investigates alternative RPA (Robotic Process Automation) design solutions and conducts proof of concepts. Identifies and implements RPA solutions that improve efficiency and re-use. Resolves issues that arise in day-to-day RPA program management and provides timely responses. Learns new tools, applications, and systems. Supports internal customers who investigate RPA opportunities and solutions. Evaluates RPA solutions on the market and keeps up to date with current RPA trends to deliver the best RPA solutions and experience to customers and associates.
Primary Responsibilities:

Defines best practices to design, implement, and support RPA solutions while building a collaborative RPA community.

Supports the RPA infrastructure, and ensures that the risk, compliance, and audit controls are in place.

Develops and modifies existing processes to correct errors and improves performance.

Analyzes user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.

Assist businesses with RPA opportunity assessments to identify and prioritize processes that are potential candidates for automation.

Develops and documents validation procedures and programs.

Stores, retrieves, and manipulates data for analysis and reporting.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Technology Management, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience as a Senior RPA Engineer (or closely related occupation) designing and developing automation processes and robot framework libraries.
Or, alternatively, Master's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Technology Management, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and one (1) year of experience as a Senior RPA Engineer (or closely related occupation) designing and developing automation processes and robot framework libraries.
Skills and Knowledge:
Candidate must also possess:

Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) developing and designing solutions that interact with SAP, Java-based, and Flash-based applications using the Blue Prism RPA tool.

DE collaborating with and providing technical support to RPA (Robotic Process Automation) developers and stakeholders, ensuring effective utilization of RPA tools.

DE performing change and incident management using Service Now and ITSM software; and performing Project Management with Agile methodologies and management (sprint planning, daily standups, and refinement) using JIRA.

DE building and maintaining intelligent document process automation using OCR, and document extraction tools -- Abbyy and Decipher.
