Foster a culture of thought leadership, innovation, and continuous learning to maximize revenue productivity
  • Adoption & Measurable Impact – Own the enablement strategy and execution of revenue technology. Define and track key success metrics to measure business impact, continuously refining enablement initiatives to drive increased usage, efficiency, and quantifiable revenue growth
  • Complex Issue Resolution & Innovation – Work on issues requiring quantitative and qualitative analysis.  Exercise independent judgment in selecting methods, adapting advanced techniques, and setting evaluation criteria to drive results
  • Cross-Functional Influence & Thought Leadership – Create formal networks across disciplines, acting as a subject matter expert in revenue technology and enablement. Guide the development of new policies, frameworks, and best practices to drive revenue success across the organization

What You Bring:

  • 8+ years of experience implementing and managing technical platforms, or
  • 3+ years of experience driving revenue productivity through tools, automation, and training and/or 4+ years in sales
  • Expertise in Revenue Tech Stack tools (ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of enablement platforms, including Seismic, Allego, Spekit, AI and sales automation tools
  • Proven expertise in analyzing and dissecting complex business challenges, leveraging advanced conceptual and strategic thinking to design and implement innovative, high-impact solutions.
  • Proven success in cross-functional collaboration and relationship management, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading the tracking and analysis of adoption metrics, driving the optimization and strategic use of sales tools to deliver measurable business outcomes. Proven track record of spearheading initiatives that showcase ROI, such as driving significant improvements in forecasting accuracy.
  • Experience in strategically leveraging AI-powered enablement tools, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and automation technologies, to drive innovation and enhance business performance. Proven ability to integrate these advanced technologies into enterprise workflows, optimize processes, and deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
