About the company
Kodex revolutionizes how organizations handle sensitive subpoenas and data requests from law enforcement and government agencies. Founded by a former FBI agent and backed by leading investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Y Combinator, and Thiel Capital, Kodex has become the industry standard for secure data exchange. Our platform supports over 15,000 government agencies in 190 countries and is trusted by industry leaders like Coinbase, Stripe, and AT&T.
By transforming a traditionally complex and manual process into a streamlined digital workflow, Kodex helps organizations strengthen compliance, enhance security, and reduce operational costs by millions each year. We bridge the gap between companies and authorized requestors, ensuring that sensitive data is handled with uncompromising security, transparency, and efficiency.

The Role

Revenue at Kodex isn't just about sales; it's a science. We are seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Specialist to be the architect of our go-to-market engine. You will sit at the intersection of our Marketing, Sales, and Customer functions, ensuring that our data flows smoothly, our tech stack is integrated, and our teams have the insights they need to win.

This is a role for a builder. You will inherit some processes that work, some that don't, and many that haven't been invented yet. You will have the opportunity to work on a team that’s selling to the world’s most impactful companies in our quest to prevent real-world harm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tech Stack Ownership: Administer and optimize our core pipeline management via HubSpot, alongside other integrated tools that you will bring to the game. Ensure systems speak to each other correctly.

  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel. Is lead routing too slow? Is the handoff from Sales to CS clunky? You will diagnose and fix these operational friction points.

  • Data Integrity & Analytics: Work alongside our Data Team to be the guardian of data quality. You will help build dashboards that track KPIs (CAC, LTV, Churn, Pipeline Velocity) and ensure leadership is looking at the "single source of truth."

  • Enablement Support: Assist in territory planning, quota setting, and commission calculation/tracking.

  • Strategic Projects: Partner with leadership to roll out new pricing structures, market segments, or product launches operationally.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 5-7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations in a B2B Enterprise SaaS environment.

  • Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in CRM administration (HubSpot experience is required). Experience with automation tools and Google Sheets mastery.

  • Analytical Mindset: You can look at a messy spreadsheet and see the story. You are comfortable using SQL or BI tools to dig deeper.

  • Project Management: You can juggle day-to-day ticket requests from reps while managing long-term infrastructure projects.

  • Communication: You can explain complex data constraints to non-technical sales leaders clearly and effectively.

Benefits

  • Remote-first within the U.S.

  • Biannual offsites in exciting locations. Past trips include Seattle, Miami, Nashville, and San Francisco

  • Competitive salary and meaningful equity

  • Unlimited PTO + 14 company holidays

  • 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave, with a flexible return-to-work policy

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans

  • 401(k) retirement plan

  • Dynamic Environment: Work on impactful, high-priority matters with opportunities for professional growth.
