About the Role

The Senior Revenue Operations Manager is an individual contributor role responsible for the daily configuration, support, maintenance, and enhancement of all revenue tools within AudioEye's technology stack, including HubSpot and other revenue systems. This role collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Service Operations, Finance, Partnerships, and other leaders to innovate business processes and collect data for revenue analytics.


How you’ll Contribute: 

  • Serve as a system administrator for the HubSpot environment owning  all associated processes and functions
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including workflow optimization, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks
  • Conduct  regular internal system audits to ensure data integrity and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Manage data feeds and integrations within the revenue tech stack 
  • Collaborate  cross functionally to evaluate, scope, and complete new development requests and processes
  • Define and document process and technology requirements independently
  • Ensure CRM data is clean and all operational process and tools are functioning efficiently
  • Champion and evangelize the customer relationship management strategy across the org as a means to deliver unparalleled customer service and revenue predictability
  • Provide support and training for staff on revenue technologies, as required
  • Continuously evaluate and implement optimizations to improve revenue systems and support growth 
  • Improve reporting efficiency and accuracy through automation and optimization of reporting processes and data sources

Who you are: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4 plus years experience as a Salesforce.com or HubSpot Administrator (HubSpot experience preferred, but not required)
  • 2 plus years implementing supporting sales, marketing, customer success, and partnership technologies and processes
  • Familiar with HTML, RDBMS, and JavaScript/Python
  • Proven customer service orientation combined with the ability to work well with others in a remote environment
  • Creativity, initiative, and excitement about revenue operations
  • Experience working with and processing large data sets and analytics / business intelligence tooling
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex / technical concepts clearly to both technical and non technical audiences
  • Quick, creative, and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and excellent documentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize simultaneous priorities, and manage laterally and upwards
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction at all organization levels
  • Proficient at analyzing information from various sources, resolving conflicts, breaking down complex details, and distinguishing between user requests and underlying needs
  • Strong project management skills with  a track record of driving processes forward with multiple stakeholders 
  • Experience with Subscription Management technologies is a plus
