The Senior Research Strategist will conduct qualitative and quantitative research, collaborate with stakeholders, and redesign customer journeys to enhance user experiences.

This opportunity is a part of Blink's Embedded practice which supports long-term opportunities with some of Blink’s largest client partners.
We are seeking an innovative and experienced Research Strategist with a strong background in customer insights. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in transforming customer experiences through research uncovered through various research instruments and methodologies.
Duration: Through the end of 2026.
Location: 3 days/week on premise in Boston, MA
What you will be doing
- Strategic Research:
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gather deep customer insights.
- Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation.
- Develop and present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with product, marketing, and UX teams to align research with business goals.
- Communicate research insights effectively to influence decision-making.
- Build strong relationships across department and with business stakeholders.
- Customer Journey Redesign:
- Spearhead research process for the redesign of customer journeys to enhance operational efficiencies and end-user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer-centric solutions.
- Map current and future-state journeys for business review and signoff.
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Expert level use of Qualtrics (hand coding) and Excel (pivot tables).
- Experience working with NPS and CSAT.
- Qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
