About the Team

We're looking for a passionate and driven Regional Marketing Manager to join our dynamic North America team! Our team is responsible for driving business growth by generating pipeline through the execution of targeted demand generation activities, acting as the primary interface between marketing and sales. We work closely with our field sales, solution consulting, revenue operations and partner teams to align our marketing strategies with sales priorities. Our collaborative approach ensures that we create and implement effective, full-funnel marketing plans that directly contribute to achieving pipeline and revenue goals for the business.

About the Role

As a Senior Regional Marketing Manager, you will be a key marketing partner supporting our US Medium Enterprise Sales Team. This is a strategic role that requires a deep understanding of the business landscape and strong collaboration skills. You will be responsible for orchestrating cross-functional marketing programs to meet pipeline and revenue targets for the region. The ideal candidate is a proactive and results-oriented professional who can effectively communicate plans, analyze performance, and drive measurable outcomes. This role is a trusted advisor to sales, a primary point-of-contact for all marketing-related matters, and a champion for achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Alignment & Strategy: Ensure cross-functional alignment with sales to prioritize and implement marketing programs that meet business goals and revenue targets. Serve as a key driver for innovation, collaboration, and outcome-oriented marketing solutions.

  • Integrated Marketing Plans (IMPs): Collaborate with the GTM (Go-to-Market) Program Manager and extended marketing teams to develop and execute full-funnel brand-to-demand marketing strategies.

  • Pipeline Management: Leverage data to optimize in-market programs, monitor and analyze pipeline needs, and adjust plans as necessary to generate new pipeline and support pipeline maturation.

  • Trusted Marketing SME for Sales Stakeholders: Act as the primary point-of-contact between Sales & Marketing, representing Marketing in all sales/marketing interlocks (i.e. Quaterly Business Reviews, Demand Boards, informal sales meetings), and sharing sales feedback across marketing.

  • Performance Tracking & Budget Management: Set measurable goals, track progress, manage the budget, and optimize the return on investment (ROI) for marketing programs.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of professional B2B Marketing experience required.
  • 7+ years of experience in the development and execution of fully integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Extensive experience with marketing tools including Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, Workfront, Smartsheets, Google Suite, or Microsoft Suite.
  • A consistent track record working successfully cross-functional environments to achieve results.
  • Evaluate program and campaign effectiveness, ongoing results, and present findings to key team members.
  • Leverage data and insights to create the strategy, improve efficiencies, build projections, and report on impact.
  • Take initiative in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, lead projects simultaneously, and deliver campaigns on budget and on schedule.
  • Take bold initiative, address problems, and make continuous process improvements
  • Passion for solving challenges, operate with a high sense of integrity, and demonstrate a strong work ethic

Other Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Experience running and managing a regional budget independently.
  • Team player focused on collective success.

Our Approach to Flexible Work

With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.

Pursuant to applicable Fair Chance law, Workday will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.

Workday is an Equal Opportunity Employer including individuals with disabilities and protected veterans.

Are you being referred to one of our roles? If so, ask your connection at Workday about our Employee Referral process!
