Coordinate and own the candidate interview experience end-to-end: schedule interviews, run hiring manager kick-offs and debriefs, manage pipelines and reporting, build stakeholder relationships, improve recruiting processes, support employer branding, and grow toward a recruiter or recruiting-operations role.
The summary above was generated by AI

We exist to create a more connected, compassionate, and confident experience for people with cancer and those who care for them. We make it easier to get answers, access high-quality care quickly, and feel supported throughout treatment and beyond.

Today, Thyme Care is a market-leading value-based oncology care enabler, partnering with national and regional health plans, providers, and employers to deliver better outcomes and lower costs for thousands of people across the country. Our model combines high-touch human support with powerful technology and AI to bring together everyone involved in a person’s cancer journey: caregivers, oncologists, health plans, and employers.

As a tech-native organization, we believe technology should strengthen the human connection at the center of care. Through data science, automation, and AI, we simplify complexity, improve collaboration, and help care teams focus on what matters most: supporting people through cancer.

Looking ahead, our vision is bold: to become a household name in cancer care, where every person diagnosed asks for Thyme Care by name. If you’re inspired to make cancer care more human and to help reimagine what’s possible, we’d love to meet you. Together, we can build a future where every person with cancer feels truly cared for, in every moment that matters.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a coordinator, you will guide candidates through the interview process, coordinating their conversations with our Thyme Care team while being a resource to them every step of the way. This is key to enabling us to deliver an outstanding candidate experience that speaks to the heart of our organization’s culture. You will report to the Head of Recruiting and will be a foundational part of our recruiting team. We’d expect you to move quickly into fully owning the candidate experience as you learn the tech-enabled value-based care landscape and US healthcare.

  • Get to know and own the recruiting process. First and foremost, you will learn our recruiting process and philosophy. Then, you will ensure that all steps are planned and coordinated (from the job description to the scorecard) and consistently delivered (hiring manager kick-offs, interview scheduling, and interview panel debriefs, etc.) every time.
  • Stakeholder Management. You’ll develop mutually beneficial candidate and stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication with each.
  • Improve our processes. We expect you to take the initiative to help us improve or streamline our critical processes across the recruiting function.
  • Own our recruiting reporting. You’ll help the Recruiting team build reports that will keep the team aware of activity pipelines and recruiting efforts. You’ll use this data to spot inefficiencies and improvements.
  • Employer Branding. You’ll own our relationships with internal partners (Marketing, PeopleOps) to use vendors to help us share employee stories with the market.
  • Grow. Interest in growing into a Recruiter or Recruiting Operations professional.

WHAT YOU’VE DONE

  • 1+ years of coordination experience, preferably in the early stage of a high-growth startup.
  • Succeeded in an environment where priorities shift often by being detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask.
  • Experience with a modern ATS, preferably Greenhouse, where you’ve managed candidate pipelines, interview kits, posted jobs, and scheduled interviews.
  • Prior experience with online collaboration tools like Google Suite, Slack, etc…
  • Earned the trust of candidates, recruiters, and stakeholders with timely and effective communication, ensuring a smooth recruitment process for all involved.
  • Become an expert at calendar Tetris and build those relationships to allow you to do it in a scaling organization.
  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
  • You’ve interacted with executives in past companies.

WHAT LEADS TO SUCCESS

  • A bias to action. You like to get things done. You don’t need anyone to tell you when to do your work. Scope doesn’t matter; you’ll always find ways to contribute even if it’s “not your job.” In the same vein, no job is too small for you.
  • Expertise. You’ll excel in this role if you love building efficient processes, building relationships, setting expectations, and getting things done. It’s essential that you are process-oriented and willing to learn new tools and technology. You’ll work with Greenhouse every day, and it’s important that you’re familiar with our technology.
  • People-focused. You are passionate about people and enjoy creating excellent partnerships across the team—with peers and executives alike.
  • Comfort with ambiguity. You have a proven track record of success within scaling businesses, fast-paced environments, and startups. You understand that rapid changes to the company, strategy, organization, and priorities are par for the course.
  • Patient first. You’re personally motivated by our mission and what we’re trying to build. You are naturally empathetic and desire to understand problems and help people solve them, especially this one.

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)

  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
