Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Position Summary:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment for critical roles across the organization globally. This position will play a pivotal role in driving talent strategy with a strong emphasis on leveraging AI and modern recruiting technologies to maximize efficiency, scalability, and productivity across multiple regions (US, Canada, UK and Australia) and time zones.
This global role requires deep expertise in SaaS talent acquisition and a proven track record in executing both AI-driven and behavioral-based interviewing frameworks. The ideal candidate will bring direct experience with Greenhouse ATS (or like) and demonstrate an ability to adapt talent strategies to diverse markets, ensuring alignment with regional hiring needs and cultural nuances. A commitment to inclusive hiring practices and the ability to build high-performing, globally distributed teams is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full cycle recruiting for a variety of technical and non-technical roles within a SaaS software environment.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using AI tools and data-driven approaches to identify, attract, and engage top talent.
- Apply advanced AI solutions to streamline recruiting workflows, enhance candidate experience, improve hiring outcomes, and improve productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct interviews using DDI (Development Dimensions International) or other behavioral-based interviewing techniques and train hiring managers to ensure high-quality, objective hiring decisions.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand business needs and develop tailored talent acquisition strategies.
- Maintain and optimize recruiting processes within Greenhouse ATS, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout all stages of the hiring process.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in SaaS recruiting and AI-driven talent acquisition.
Skills and Experience Needed:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of full cycle recruiting experience, with at least 8 years focused on SaaS software companies.
- Demonstrated expertise in leveraging AI and automation to drive recruiting efficiency and productivity.
- Direct experience with Greenhouse ATS (or similar).
- Certified or strong proficiency in DDI Interviewing or other behavioral-based interviewing methodologies.
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior leaders and influence hiring decisions.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
