ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions and Primary Duties
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for AI-related positions from intake through offer acceptance.
- Develop sourcing strategies for niche and difficult-to-fill AI, data, transformation, governance, and consulting roles.
- Build and maintain pipelines of passive candidates across consulting firms, technology organizations, and AI-focused service providers.
- Drive candidate engagement through a highly personalized and consultative recruiting approach.
Strategic Talent Partnership
- Partner with AI Practice leaders to understand hiring priorities, workforce plans, and evolving skill requirements.
- Conduct intake meetings and translate business needs into recruiting strategies.
- Advise hiring managers on talent market trends, compensation considerations, and candidate availability.
- Influence workforce planning discussions and hiring prioritization.
Executive & Consultative Recruiting
- Recruit senior-level consultants, practice leaders, architects, sales leaders, and client-facing professionals.
- Assess candidates for both technical expertise and consulting capabilities.
- Evaluate communication, executive presence, client-facing skills, and business development potential.
- Facilitate interview processes and drive timely hiring decisions.
Talent Branding & Candidate Experience
- Serve as an ambassador for the AI Practice's vision, culture, and growth strategy.
- Effectively communicate the practice's market opportunity, investment strategy, and career growth potential.
- Create compelling recruiting narratives that attract top AI talent.
- Ensure a best-in-class experience for candidates and hiring teams.
Pipeline & Market Intelligence
- Conduct competitive talent mapping and market research.
- Track pipeline activity, sourcing effectiveness, and key recruiting metrics.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership.
- Continuously identify new sourcing channels and referral opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- 3+ years recruiting for professional services, consulting, technology, digital transformation, or enterprise software organizations.
- Demonstrated success recruiting passive candidates and difficult-to-fill positions.
- Experience partnering directly with executive-level stakeholders and hiring managers.
Highly Preferred Experience
- Recruiting experience supporting one or more of the following:
- Artificial Intelligence
- Generative AI
- Data & Analytics
- Microsoft Technologies
- Digital Transformation
- Cloud Consulting
- Change Management
- Technology Advisory Services
- Experience recruiting for consulting organizations or professional services firms.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, Power Platform, and related Microsoft ecosystems.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent
- 5 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups or managers, clients, customers and the general public
- Strong knowledge of employment law required
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing within all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
- Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
