As a Senior Recruiter at Workiva, you will enable recruitment success for our Sales & Go-to-Market (GTM) functions across EMEA, attracting top talent to accelerate Workiva’s growth in the region. In this role, you will be a critical partner to our hiring leaders, a talent attraction expert, and a brand ambassador for Workiva, helping to guide and elevate our hiring practices.
What You’ll Do
Accelerate hiring success for Workiva’s Sales & GTM functions across EMEA - while supporting other client groups and regions as needed
Actively use data and market insights to problem-solve and influence positive hiring outcomes
Proactively anticipate hiring challenges and develop strategies to ensure successful hiring outcomes
Act as a consultative partner to our hiring leaders to continuously elevate hiring practices
Build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring leaders through clear, transparent communication
Contribute to a best-in-class candidate experience
Partner with internal People & Culture teams to drive people success across the organisation
Lead and contribute to elevation projects within the Talent Acquisition organisation
Serve as a talent brand ambassador to continuously elevate our local and global talent brand
Foster an environment of integrity and a commitment to a fair and equitable culture, with an emphasis on Workiva’s strong commitment to our values
What You’ll Need
Minimum Qualifications
6+ years of related career experience in recruitment
Experience recruiting for Sales & GTM talent within SaaS organisations
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of relevant career experience and expertise
Preferred Qualifications
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment life cycle processes and proven success recruiting for all levels of an organisation
Excellent consultation capabilities
Ability to manage communication, set clear expectations, and build rapport with both candidates and hiring leaders
Strong business and commercial acumen to effectively influence hiring strategies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritise against business-critical goals
Strong technical capability with HRIS and ATS platforms (experience with Workday and Gem is a plus)
Experience leveraging productivity, collaboration, and AI platforms in a digital environment
Experience working within a SaaS software organisation
Travel Requirement & Working Conditions
Up to 10% travel for team meetings or company events
Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office
