Job Summary & Responsibilities
Brady’s Laser Engraving group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior R&D Manager to lead our United States team. We are looking for a strong, technical-minded leader who can guide a distributed engineering team toward common goals while fostering a culture of innovation. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the strategy and execution of our laser engraving systems and software. The ideal candidate is a passionate leader with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing engineering teams. This is an onsite role based in either our Boston, MA or Pittsburgh, PA office.
Preferred Qualifications- Lead, mentor, and organize the team to ensure alignment on project goals, facilitate career development, and build a cohesive team culture.
- Drive the execution and delivery of new products and features, from concept to launch.
- Collaborate and align with engineering peers and stakeholders to ensure a global unified global product strategy.
- Work closely with product managers to execute roadmaps and deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
- Champion engineering and operational excellence, establishing metrics and processes for regular assessment and improvement.
