As a Senior QA Engineer, you’ll take ownership of the entire testing lifecycle from crafting test strategies to building automation frameworks, ensuring every release is reliable, secure, and high-quality. What You’ll Do
1. End-to-End QA Ownership
- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for complex applications and cybersecurity platforms.
- Develop and maintain robust automated test frameworks to accelerate release cycles.
- Lead testing efforts from planning to post-deployment validation.
2. Automation & Integration
- Build and execute automated test suites integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform thorough manual and automated testing for functionality, performance, and security.
- Ensure QA processes are seamlessly integrated with engineering and DevOps teams.
3. Leadership & Best Practices
- Mentor junior QA engineers, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of quality.
- Analyze and report quality metrics to drive product and process improvements.
- Advocate for QA excellence across the engineering organization.
4. Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Stay on top of industry tools, trends, and techniques to keep our QA practices cutting-edge.
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to our quality stack.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on QA engineering experience, ideally in high-growth tech environments.
- Deep knowledge of testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or similar.
- Solid scripting skills (Python, Bash, or equivalent) for automation tasks.
- Experience testing RESTful APIs using Postman or similar tools.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and test automation integration.
