As a Senior QA Engineer, you’ll take ownership of the entire testing lifecycle from crafting test strategies to building automation frameworks, ensuring every release is reliable, secure, and high-quality. What You’ll Do

1. End-to-End QA Ownership

  • Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for complex applications and cybersecurity platforms.
  • Develop and maintain robust automated test frameworks to accelerate release cycles.
  • Lead testing efforts from planning to post-deployment validation.

2. Automation & Integration

  • Build and execute automated test suites integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Perform thorough manual and automated testing for functionality, performance, and security.
  • Ensure QA processes are seamlessly integrated with engineering and DevOps teams.

3. Leadership & Best Practices

  • Mentor junior QA engineers, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of quality.
  • Analyze and report quality metrics to drive product and process improvements.
  • Advocate for QA excellence across the engineering organization.

4. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Stay on top of industry tools, trends, and techniques to keep our QA practices cutting-edge.
  • Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to our quality stack.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on QA engineering experience, ideally in high-growth tech environments.
  • Deep knowledge of testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or similar.
  • Solid scripting skills (Python, Bash, or equivalent) for automation tasks.
  • Experience testing RESTful APIs using Postman or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and test automation integration.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a passion for building reliable, high-quality software.
