Lead QA activities: create test strategy, set up testing processes, plan and execute test plans/cases, perform functional and regression testing, ensure requirements coverage and defect management, collaborate with development and business teams, and support onsite rollout activities.

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of commercial experience in quality assurance and software testing.
- Experience in setting up a testing process.
- Experience in creating test strategies and test plans.
- Proficiency in designing detailed test cases and test scenarios based on requirements and user stories.
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques, including functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.
- Experience with Azure, REST APIs, frontend/backend flows.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA/Confluence.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- At least Upper-Intermediate level of English.
- Polish - native speaker.
- Ready to travel on-site (the position requires frequent business trips to different clients across Poland).
