Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop test plans and test cases aiming to cover all requirements and improve the overall quality of the applications.
  • Interact with Business Analysts and Developers to define Testing Scope.
  • Leverage AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate the automation of test cases and run them in CI/CD pipelines.
  • Develop and maintain testing documentation with test case descriptions, expected results, and test requirements traceability.
  • Utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) like Claude and ChatGPT to draft, refine, and accelerate the creation of QA documentation and test design documents.
  • Design, test, and maintain a library of reusable prompts and AI workflows to ensure consistency and high quality in AI-generated QA assets.
  • Conduct exploratory and acceptance testing of new features.
  • Review, validate, and debug AI-generated test code and cases to ensure technical correctness, completeness, business relevance, and edge-case coverage.
  • Bugs analysis with the purpose of increasing test coverage in critical areas.
  • Search for ways to constantly improve our test project, tools, and product quality.
  • Recommend alternatives to improve verification time and automate testing processes wherever possible, including the integration of emerging AI-driven testing tools.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with automation testing of web application documentation (C#/Java).
  • Strong experience with OOP
  • Experience with testing Rest APIs, GraphQL.
  • Solid understanding of QA processes, best practices, testing techniques, and methodologies.
  • Proven experience integrating GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, OpenAI Codex) into the software development or testing lifecycle.
  • Strong prompt engineering skills tailored for QA workflows, such as generating edge cases, boundary value analysis, and synthetic test data.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM systems, eCommerce or EDI related application, Integrations is a plus.
  • Experience with automation testing using Selenium on .NET Framework using C# is a plus.
  • Experience with CI system is a plus.
  • Proficiency with test design practices and techniques (BDD, white box, black box, etc.)
  • Self-motivation and learning capability, ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Experience of interaction with application developers.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Being passionate about quality and continuous improvement, and staying up-to-date with AI advancements in QA.
