Truefit is looking for a Senior QA Analyst to elevate our software testing capabilities. You will play a critical role in developing sophisticated testing strategies and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement medium-complexity automated tests independently
- Analyze patterns and identify systemic issues in product testing
- Create comprehensive test strategy templates for each project
- Proactively identify testing needs and innovative solutions
- Conduct API testing using tools like Swagger and Postman
- Mentor junior QA team members
- Utilize AI tools to enhance bug writing and identify complex test scenarios
Required Skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years of software testing experience

- Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior team members
