Are you a skilled project manager who thrives in high-stakes environments and has a passion for technology-driven transformation? Do you enjoy collaborating with internal teams and customers to bring clarity and structure to complex software implementations? Are you excited to contribute to the evolution of a cutting-edge cloud platform purpose-built for the investment management industry? If so, we invite you to be a part of our innovative team.

As a Customer Experience Project Manager at Ridgeline, you will lead end-to-end implementations of our enterprise cloud software for investment management clients. You’ll work cross-functionally with both internal teams and customer stakeholders to define project scopes, establish timelines, and ensure successful delivery. Your gravitas and organizational excellence will be crucial as you oversee projects that directly impact customer adoption and satisfaction. This role demands a consultative approach, collaborative mindset, and the ability to adapt and lead in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You’ll also have the opportunity to incorporate cutting-edge technologies—including AI tools like ChatGPT—to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive strategic outcomes.

At Ridgeline, how we work matters as much as what we build. Ridgeliners act like owners, choose growth over comfort, and communicate with transparency. We assume positive intent, bias toward action, and bring solutions—not just problems. We celebrate wins, learn from setbacks, and thrive in a resilient, collaborative, high-performing culture. If this excites you, we’d love to meet you.

The impact you have:

  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver enterprise software implementations on time and within scope

  • Define project plans, manage budgets, and set clear expectations with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to ensure successful client outcomes

  • Provide hands-on leadership and step into key tasks to unblock progress and maintain project momentum

  • Communicate proactively and transparently, keeping all stakeholders aligned and informed

  • Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies to prevent issues from escalating

  • Build lasting relationships with client stakeholders, fostering trust and long-term engagement

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project management methodologies and internal best practices

  • Embody Ridgeline’s values through your actions, resilience, and commitment to customer success

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience leading investment management software implementations in a customer-facing role

  • Deep knowledge of investment management operations, systems, and workflows (e.g., portfolio accounting, trading, reconciliation, reporting)

  • Proven experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholder groups

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders

  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new technologies and solving customer problems creatively

  • U.S. work authorization without the need for employer sponsorship

Bonus:

  • Familiarity with Agile principles and software development lifecycles

  • Experience with tools like Slack, JIRA/Confluence, Mavenlink, Google Workspace, and/or MS Office

  • Basic understanding of AWS, APIs, and serverless technology

  • Project Management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
