ROLE SUMMARY
The Senior Project Manager, Global Product Standards & Marketer Experience will lead high-profile, multifaceted initiatives across the organization. Manages cross-functional teams through the successful planning and execution of complex projects that are delivered on time and within budget. Collaborates closely with Senior Director to set goals, timelines, budgets, and key milestones.
In this role, you will also develop comprehensive project plans while managing resources and costs. Identify and mitigate project risks proactively. Closely monitor progress using PM tools like MS Project. Presents detailed reports to team to convey status. Conducts post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned for continuous improvement of processes. Leverages excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and organizational skills to motivate teams. Thrives in rapid-paced environments managing several multifaceted projects simultaneously across divisions.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the documentation of status data entry, milestones, and key progress on creative excellence and barrier unlock related projects
- Create and present comprehensive status updates for various levels of leadership
- Design, develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Identify opportunities for optimization through plans that accelerate performance, drive efficiencies and support simplicity goals
- Manage and lead cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure project success
- Monitor, track and report on project metrics and milestones, identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies
- Oversee the implementation of new processes and tools across the marketing organization, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions
- Establish documentation and standardization of best practices, promoting consistency and efficiency
- Facilitate and manage effective communication across all stakeholder groups, ensuring transparency and collaboration
- Make strategic decisions regarding project direction and adjustments, based on project progress and external factors
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure Global Product Advertising is effectively partnering to help business achieve prioritized goals while delivery exceptional customer service levels
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 5 years of experience
- Proficient with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project)
- Knowledge of complex organizations and ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to create detailed project plans including work breakdown structure, schedules, budgets, resource plans, communication plans, risk management plans
- Experience conducting project status meetings, creating presentations, managing project communications
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Able to set milestones, KPIs, status reporting processes to track project performance
- Problem solving, risk management

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $120,800.00 to $201,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
