Senior Construction Manager

We're now expanding our presence in Austin and are looking for a Senior Construction Manager to become one of the key leaders helping establish our delivery team across Texas.

The Opportunity

As Senior Construction Manager, you'll take ownership of complex commercial workplace and interior construction projects from preconstruction through to successful completion.

You'll build trusted client relationships, lead project strategy, oversee programme, commercial performance and delivery, whilst supporting project teams to consistently deliver exceptional outcomes. Working closely with designers, consultants, site teams and subcontractors, you'll ensure every project reflects the quality and innovation Unispace is known for.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading multiple commercial construction projects from inception through to completion
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
  • Managing programme, budgets, risk and commercial performance
  • Supporting and mentoring project teams
  • Working closely with Site Superintendents to ensure exceptional delivery on site
  • Building strong relationships with consultants, subcontractors and clients
  • Helping establish and grow our presence across the Austin market

About You

You'll likely have 10+ years' experience delivering commercial construction or workplace fit-out projects within a Project Manager, Construction Manager or similar leadership position.

You'll also bring:

  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience leading multiple complex construction projects
  • Commercial and programme management expertise
  • The ability to build high-performing relationships and project teams
  • A collaborative approach and genuine passion for delivering exceptional projects
  • The ability to commute into Austin as our local office continues to grow
