- Own and maintain delivery plans, milestones, and forecasts.
- Ensure appropriate planning for development, testing, and release.
- In collaboration with the VMO, ensure adoption plan can successfully support technology.
- Provide clear status reporting to leadership and stakeholders.

- Identify and mitigate risks and issues early.

Experience that will help you succeed
- 8-10+ years delivering complex technology initiatives end-to-end with accountability for outcomes across time, cost, scope, and quality.
- Familiarity with delivery and reporting tools such as ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps (ADO), or JIRA.
- Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum.
- Demonstrated proficiency in risk and issue management, including early identification, impact assessment, escalation, and driving effective mitigation plans across technical, operational, and delivery dimensions.
- Strong experience guiding delivery teams through project estimation, including development of realistic budget forecasts, resource plans, and delivery timelines, and maintaining those estimates as conditions change.
- Ability to balance delivery ambition with practical constraints, adjusting scope, sequencing, and plans as risks, dependencies, and priorities evolve.
- Experience managing large, complex initiatives alongside one or more medium or smaller projects.
- A solid understanding of dependency management, testing coordination, and release planning.
- Experience working with global, cross-functional stakeholders and influencing without direct authority.
