We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager, IT to lead complex, high-impact technology initiatives. This role involves driving cross-departmental projects, delivering measurable business value, and mentoring emerging talent. What You’ll Do:

Strategic Project Leadership:

  • Lead and deliver mid-to-large scale IT projects with cross-departmental engagement.
  • Apply industry best practices in solution design, project scoping, and delivery methodologies.
  • Contribute to annual roadmap planning, resource modeling, and project prioritization.
  • Optimize project timelines by strategically aligning resources and managing dependencies.

Business Value & Stakeholder Management:

  • Provide expert guidance on business processes and systems across departments.
  • Ensure shared project vision, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Communicate progress, escalate risks, and coach stakeholders for successful outcomes.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and decision-making on critical dependencies.

Risk & Change Management:

  • Identify and resolve project risks and issues with effective mitigation strategies.
  • Manage changes to project scope, timeline, and resources using change management processes.
  • Monitor project activities to ensure alignment and timely task completion.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or Software Development Project Manager.
  • Proven success in leading organizational change and delivering business outcomes.
  • Expertise in managing multiple implementation workstreams in complex environments.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) and tools like JIRA, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

  • PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe).
  • Experience with enterprise-level technology implementations and digital transformation.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, SDLC, and cloud technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Passion for coaching and developing emerging project management talent.

The base salary range for this position is $104,000 - $156,000 plus benefits. This range represents the minimum and maximum new hire compensation for this role. The position may also be eligible for incentive plans and additional benefits, in accordance with company policy and local regulations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location with individual compensation also dependent on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills. Final offers will reflect these considerations and may vary accordingly.
