We're looking for a world-class Senior Project Coordinator who can lead complex operational initiatives while serving as a strategic partner to both our team and our clients. You'll orchestrate production schedules across multiple teams, participate in pre-sales efforts, and consistently deliver solutions that have measurable impact on both project delivery and business outcomes.
Who We're Looking For- Operations leader with 5+ years of experience and a proven track record of complex resource planning and coordinating multiple large and small-scale projects simultaneously

- Systems thinker skilled at synthesizing stakeholder feedback, team capacity constraints, client demands, and operational variables into efficient communication and task management
- Proactive problem-solver who's a go-getter with a bias for action—sees potential problems coming and proactively breaks down barriers, raises flags, and shines light on project threats
- Strategic contributor with business acumen who can accurately estimate resources and provide valuable input on operational decisions that impact client success
- Own resource planning and allocation across multiple client projects, managing team capacity constraints, and making strategic decisions that impact project timelines and success
- Coordinate project delivery by facilitating cross-team collaboration on 10-15 projects, breaking down operational challenges into actionable plans, and ensuring consistent quality across all client engagements
- Drive operational excellence by championing process improvements, developing efficient workflows, and training team members on advanced coordination techniques
- Support business development through pre-sales resource assessment, providing reliable capacity estimates and timeline projections for client proposals
- Lead process optimization by identifying efficiency opportunities, driving consensus on operational improvements, and implementing systems that scale with business growth
- Educational foundation with Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or equivalent industry experience demonstrating comprehensive coordination expertise
- Extensive experience of 5+ years in project coordination or operations management with demonstrated expertise in resource planning and production scheduling across web and mobile development projects
- Advanced tool proficiency with adaptability to project management and resource planning tools, including Google Suite, Float, ClickUp, Harvest, and/or similar platforms, with a focus on project documentation and team coordination, plus the ability to anticipate operational challenges
- Process optimization expertise with proven experience championing operational tool adoption, developing efficient coordination workflows, and implementing systems that enhance team productivity
- Systems thinking capabilities with the ability to coordinate complex multi-project environments, make strategic trade-offs supporting business initiatives, and deliver measurable client satisfaction outcomes
- Leadership and estimation skills including accurate resource estimation for complex projects, pre-sales assessment experience, exceptional communication abilities, and proven mentoring experience that enhances team performance
This is a full-time, remote position (US only).
